Poster: Lawyers + technology = Love ;)

It’s easy to blame technology when things go wrong. New printer cartridge, turn off and turn on again etc. It’s very handy having a ready made excuse that can’t speak up for itself.

That was a good argument 5 years ago but that argument has little value today.

Here’s the thing and this may seem unbelievable. Lawyers, over the next 2-3 years, are going to love technology like they never believed they would. We are not talking on a date love, but we are talking a proper long term relationship, at last.

Why?

• Because it will do what you want not what you have been told it is made to do.
• It will evolve with you and you will help technology evolve.
• It will cost much less rather than draining budgets.
• It will install faster, update quicker and have a less daunting learning curve.
• It will be deployed where you want it, not where you are told it is needed.
• It will focus on the user (you) and less the firm.
• It will transform how your practice makes more money in less time.
• It will deliver proven ROI
• It will be a partnership.

But most of all it will allow you to do more of what you want to do; be a lawyer.
